By purchasing mixing services from F1NCHA (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Refund Policy
- All services must be paid for in full before work begins.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Once mixing has commenced, the service is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Pre-Mix Refunds: If a refund is requested before the mixing process has begun, any refund issued will exclude any PayPal or processing fees incurred during the transaction.

2. Revisions Policy
- We offer unlimited revisions per mix.
- All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days (1 week) of receiving the previous mix version.
- If no revisions are submitted within the 7-day period, the project will be considered complete and closed.
- Any further changes requested after this closure will require booking a new mixing service at the standard rate.

3. Delivery
- Turnaround times vary depending on workload but are typically within 14 days (2 weeks) from the time all necessary files are received and payment is confirmed.
- You will be notified if there is a delay due to high demand or unforeseen issues.

4. File Submission
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted stems/files are:
- Properly labeled and organized.
- Free of clipping or distortion (unless intentional).
- Delivered in standard audio formats (WAV or AIFF preferred).
- Incomplete or disorganized submissions may delay the start of your project.

5. Final Deliverables
- Final deliverables will include:
- Mixed and mastered stereo file in WAV and/or MP3 format (as agreed upon).
- Alternate versions (instrumental, a cappella, etc.) can be provided upon request at the time of booking.

6. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for regularly checking your email or communication platform for updates and revision drafts.
- You must back up all final files once delivered. We are not responsible for long-term file storage once the project is complete.

7. Copyright and Usage
- You retain full ownership of your music.
- We reserve the right to use your song (mix version only once released) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Disclaimers
- While we strive for excellence, results depend on the quality of the source material. We are not responsible for issues related to poor recordings or arrangement.
- Revisions do not include major overhauls such as new vocal takes or new instrument stems after the initial mix has been submitted.

File Submission Process
To ensure your project is handled efficiently and without delays, please follow the steps below to submit your audio files after purchasing a mixing service:
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Purchase a Product
• Choose your desired mixing service and complete the checkout process.
2. Access the File Submission Link
• On the order confirmation page, you will find a link at the bottom labeled “Submit Your Files”.
• Clicking this link will open an email draft addressed to our file intake address.
3. Submit Your Files via Email
• Use this email to send your files. Be sure to include the following information:
• Order number (found in your confirmation email or order page)
• Song title
• Artist name
• Mix notes (reference tracks, creative direction, technical requests, etc.)
• Tempo and key (if known or relevant)
• Any other information that might help us achieve your vision
File Preparation Guidelines:
• Accepted formats: WAV or AIFF (24-bit preferred; 44.1kHz or higher)
• Stems should be:
• Clearly labeled (e.g., “Kick.wav,” “LeadVox.wav,” “GuitarL.wav”)
• Exported from the same starting point (all files line up from bar 1)
• Dry/without effects unless effects are intentional (please specify)
• Zip your files: Place all files into a single .ZIP folder before attaching to your email or uploading to your preferred file sharing service (e.g., WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox). Include a download link in your submission email if using a cloud service.
Important Notes:
• Make sure your files are accessible (ensure sharing permissions are set to “Anyone with the link can view/download”).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your files have been received and reviewed.
• Incomplete or improperly labeled submissions may delay your project start time.
